Since 2019, Matheo Guifo has been deeply involved in online marketing, gaining his first experience with German e-commerce brands—where he quickly recognized how demanding and, at the same time, how full of opportunity the German market is.
As a Sales Consultant at a consulting firm, he gained valuable insights into business processes, decision-making structures, and growth strategies.
He then took responsibility for business development for African-inspired brands in the DACH region, where he discovered that international companies in Germany rarely fail because of their product — but because of a lack of market understanding and insufficient local positioning.
Today, he uses his expertise and his network to help international brands truly understand the German market and develop and implement a clear, effective market-entry strategy.
